A buyers’ agent can do a lot more than merely look for homes. You can even engage a buyers’ agent to assist you with a single service instead of the entire package.

Previously, we have explained the advantages of working with a professional buyers’ agent rather than researching on your own. While they may cost you some money, they can save you time by securing a home. Also, sometimes it saves you money by buying off market or pre acution. It’s a win-win situation.

In this post, I’d like to share some more feedback from the buyers’ agent clients about the difference it made to their family home / investment property purchase.

CASE #3 – Eastern Suburbs Homebuyer

However this can often be very difficult to navigate. The buyers’ agent did an amazing job and was quick to get into action. In the current hot market, a buyers’ agent on your side makes a huge difference and definitely gave us the winning edge in the negotiations. Would highly recommend him.

The clients had been living in a different part of Sydney and finding it hard dealing with agents, particularly as everything was listed for auction. We found a property and immediately formed a strategy (leveraging my previous dealings with the sales agent) and put them in the best position possible.
