If you’re a business owner…

I was talking to a client this morning -who is a business owner- and he reminded me of why he chose us in the first place. He says, “Erik, you did things for us–finance, mortgages, that nobody else could. And that’s why we chose you.” And for a bit of perspective, this is a couple of years back. We’ve helped him with a mortgage he was stuck on, and we’ve done other mortgages for him since then.

This is not a promise I made a week ago, two weeks ago. And he says, ” You need to get that message out clearer. That doesn’t come through in your emails and in your communication.”

So, here goes: “if you’re a business owner and you’re stuck with a mortgage, either on a high interest rate that you feel you don’t deserve anymore, or you want to buy property and the banks keep telling you, “You can’t.” Give us a try.

We love a battle. We love standing up for you if you feel you deserve it. If you feel like you should be able to. If there is a way, we find it. And we are passionate about helping you overcome those challenges. Helping you get to where you feel you should be able to go, want to go, but lenders are telling you, “You can’t go.”.
