As you may know, the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) helps eligible borrowers to buy a home with a deposit as low as 5 per cent without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance. New scheme allocations will be available from 1 July.

Important points to note 

Notice of Assessment 

NHFIC has advised that from 1 July, ALL scheme applications must include the FY20 Notice of Assessment to meet their eligibility requirement. You might not be able to allocate a scheme spot without the FY20 NOA. Call us for more details.
